Phil’s new blend is outstanding. It’s a mix of two of his regular roasts (Phil’s Tesora and Jacob’s Wunderbar) plus a new Yemeni roast. He’s been working on getting the perfect combination for the last eight months and it’s finally ready. Best of all, he’s going to let me name it! I already have the name picked out. Matt’s going to come up with a sign. It’s going to be perfect.
