Two of my contracts are ending sooner than expected. There wasn’t enough funding so they’re cutting things off now. It’s pretty scary for me. One of my other gigs is having cutbacks internally too, but so far their freelance budgets is still intact. So when I get back from WrestleMania XXIII (Detroit is pretty meh so far, btw), I’m going to have to find stuff fast. It could get really ugly.
So if anyone knows of a job I’d be good for, please help me!
I just had the blandest som tam and panang gai ever. It’s a shame because the portions and ingredients were pretty good, but the spice level was…well, it wasn’t the least bit spicy. Bummer.

- Having someone sew the buttons back onto my shirt. (To be fair, she ripped them off when was drunk.)
- Having someone to fetch food for. (This is selfish because I like walking around the street vendors and looking for new eats. I also like how happy she is when I bring her back food.)
- Having someone nag me about my skin, weight, etc.
- Having someone to hold, hug, and joop.
I didn’t snap many photos this time around. Mostly because this wasn’t really a holiday and partially because it felt a lot like “normal life” (or at least how normal life should be!). I miss it out there terribly, mostly being with my girlfriend, but the cheap and excellent food, good friends, and awesome weather are lovely as well. Anyway, here are two sets of photos.
